Trove Market is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and legally compliant platform. To protect our community of buyers and sellers, the following items and activities are not allowed. This policy is designed to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, safeguard the wellbeing of our members, and maintain the integrity of the marketplace. In addition to these restrictions, all sellers must comply with United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping restrictions: USPS Shipping Restrictions.

This policy is part of our terms of use. By opening a Trove Market store front you are agreeing to this policy. Sellers deemed to violate this policy can be subject to immediate Trove account suspension.

The sale of alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, non-prescription drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, and medical devices is strictly prohibited. Listings making health-related claims (such as cures, treatments, or diagnoses) are not permitted. Dietary supplements, homeopathic remedies, and herbal products are not allowed if they imply medical benefits.

Live animals may not be sold. Products derived from endangered species, ivory, or materials restricted under wildlife protection laws are prohibited. The sale of pets, taxidermy, or parts from cats and dogs is not allowed. Human remains and related materials (including body fluids, breast milk, placenta, or similar substances) are strictly banned.

Hazardous materials, explosives, flammable substances, fireworks, toxic chemicals, and radioactive materials are prohibited. Weapons of any kind—including firearms, ammunition, knives designed as weapons, or components enabling their creation—are banned. This also includes imitation or replica weapons that could reasonably be confused with the real item.

Items such as currency, money orders, credit cards, prepaid debit cards, gift cards, lottery tickets, and stocks or bonds may not be sold. Services related to credit repair, investment schemes, or financial manipulation are also prohibited.

Listings may not include counterfeit goods, pirated software, unauthorized digital files, replicas of branded merchandise, or any item that infringes on intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of logos, trademarks, or copyrighted content is not permitted.

At this time, sellers may not offer services on Trove market. Examples of services include psychic readings, medical consultations, deceptive business opportunities, or multi-level marketing materials. Listings must represent tangible goods created or offered by the seller.

Items promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence toward individuals or groups based on race, religion, disability, gender, or other protected status are prohibited. This includes hate group propaganda, offensive language, and items glorifying terrorism or real-world violence. Cultural or historical items that use sensitive symbols may be permitted if presented in a clear, respectful, and non-hateful context.

Pornography, explicit sexual imagery, fetishized material, and sexual items involving minors or familial relationships are banned. Sex toys, used intimate items, or products with explicit sexual content are not permitted. Artistic or educational representations of nudity may be allowed if appropriately tagged as 'mature' and presented with discretion.

Listings that promote misinformation (including false medical claims, conspiracy theories, or misleading political material) are prohibited. Content glorifying self-harm, suicide, tragedies, or dangerous behavior is not allowed.

Tickets for concerts, sporting events, or admission to venues may not be sold unless the seller has explicit legal authorization. Unauthorized resale of tickets or passes is prohibited.

Items originating from embargoed regions or countries subject to international trade sanctions may not be listed. Sellers must accurately disclose the country of origin for all products.

3D-printed, CNC, or computer-generated goods may only be sold if they are original designs, customized by the seller, or based on properly licensed templates. Replicas of weapons or infringing designs are prohibited.
